Thank you for choosing Sweet Z's Creations! We're committed to delivering fresh, delicious baked goods straight to your door with care and efficiency. Please review our shopping policy below:

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within only Sydney-Metro. If you are outside our delivery zone, please contact us before placing your order. We are happy to arrange delivery anywhere, even outer state and/or the country! We just need to verify the shipping cost accurately before we send some scrumptious treats.

Delivery Methods & Timeframes

Standard Shipping (Direct by Us):

All our treats are delivered by one of the owners! Orders are confirmed within 1-2 Business Days. We generally make our treats the night before we ensure the ingredients have time to fuse and combine into the most delicious consumption.

Our delivery is only catered to Weekend Only - You have the preference of choosing a Saturday or Sunday and generally it will be a minimum of 5 business days. This is to ensure we accurately capture your order and make your treats with freshest ingredients.

Note - We do not deliver on public holidays.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location.

< 15km - $10.00
> 15km - $20.00

Failed Deliveries & Address Issues

Please ensure your delivery address is correct. Sweet Z's Creations is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information. Re-delivery may incur additional fees.
